In-Home Services
Our full-service design package will give you all the tools to create your dream space. After we’ve had our initial chat, we’ll schedule a one-hour site consultation meeting to grab some measurements and sit down for a lengthier meeting and dream up some ideas. But, most importantly, I want to get to know you better— who you are, your hobbies, what you love most about your home, and what you wish worked better. Then, I can assure you that every decision made going forward will have you at the heart of it. This service will include:
Two initial mood board options
Floor plans with detailed layout of space
Elevations of main/feature walls
Detailed shelf/table styling plans
Floor plan with scaled furniture layout
Full product list with price breakdown and final costs
Samples sent directly to your door for your final approval
a final design packet with (minimum) all of the above items!
After receiving your final approval, we’ll get to work on making your space come to life. With this full-service option, I’ll take care of the purchasing, including managing shipping, tracking, receiving, and inspection on all items. If an issue arises, including an out-of-stock item or something that doesn’t quite end up living up to our expectations, we’ll work quickly to find an alternative that keeps our project on schedule. Regardless, I’ll keep you in the loop and you won’t have to worry about a thing.
Last but not least, we schedule out installation! This is the most exciting part for the both of us. We’ll bring all the parts and pieces together and, most importantly, style it all to add that finishing touch. We’ll make sure every last detail is perfect and every pillow is perfectly fluffed— we want it to feel like home. Your home.
We work off various pricing systems depending on the project and the preference of the client. We’ll provide you with a full price breakdown post-inquiry call but prior to our on-site consultation meeting. Most clients choose to work on an hourly basis, but pre-determined, fixed rate pricing is also available for this service you so choose.
Remote Design Service
Looking for a design service with a short turn around, minimal meetings and a totally a flexible schedule? We offer 100% remote design services for those of you who are either located out of state or would like a detailed plan but are comfortable installing all on your own.
This service includes:
An initial one-hour Facetime consultation
Two initial mood board options
Floor plans with detailed layout of space
Elevations of main/feature walls
Detailed shelf/table styling plans
Floor plan with scaled furniture layout
Full product list with links to purchase
Samples sent directly to your door for your final approval
& a printed final design packet shipped to your home!
This service begins at a flat-rate design fee of $600, subject to project scope. This includes all of the aforementioned services above but is also subject to additional fees for additional services and requested revisions.
